I'm sitting here at the computer instead of packing my bags ... I'm only going for 3 days though so it won't take a huge effort to get my things together.
Off to South Australia for a family re-union which I organised way back earlier in the year. A lot of my family members are celebrating 'special' birthdays this year and a couple of special anniversaries too so I felt it was good cause for a family celebration. As half of our family live on one side of the country and the other half here in WA I sort of figured that if we all travelled it was fair and we ended up selecting the town of Tununda in the heart of the Barossa Valley. Really looking forward to seeing all the rellies and catching up on everything!
The encaustic art painting that I posted earlier today - Annette loved it (well, at least she tells me that she does!)
