So much has happened in the last couple of weeks. The BAS (business activity statement) was once again due, I've received my Demonstrator's pack and my first order from Stampin' UP! and managed to place another order - also including my first customer order (thanks Sam!), and there is now only 6 days to the scrapbooking retreat I am going on and I'm SO not ready ... I should be organising photos or at least finishing my name tags or work on the mascarade mask or start my name tag but hey ... as mentioned previously I work so much better under pressure!
Tried to organise a trip to Kalamunda markets this weekend with two friends, who shall remain nameless, as they've both pulled out on me! Still there is always the April markets - mark it on your calendars girls - April 7th!!
Mum & Dad have moved on a fair bit since I last posted here. They ended up staying in Mt Gambier for 4 nights I think ... really loved the area! They then moved on to a little place near Warnambool in Victoria for a couple of nights, then another couple of nights at the other end of the Gt Ocean Road, Geelong for a couple of nights, Ballarat for a night or two then they arrived in Bendigo yesterday. I believe they are staying with Lorraine & Mark at the moment (probably for the weekend). Will give them a call tomorrow as I tried rining Lorraine the other day for a chat but missed her.
Took Jessie & Osten over to our soak for a swim earlier today. They love it but Jessie is not too sure about the solar pump - especially when it's pumping & making a whirring noise. She also often barks at the water and until today was not sure if she's been barking at the solar pump or whether something has touched her in the water. Today I found the remains of a blue marron - at least I think that is what it was. Only small but blue just the same. I now have the marron nets in the water to see what emerges!! Fancy living here nearly 3 years and not knowing that we have blue marron in our soak!!! I'll post my findings later!! Then took the dogs for a run and we stopped at one of the water troughs ... they had to have another swim in that too!

kissie ... kissie

Will she or won't she ... jump into the trough?
Jessie ... on a mission!
