This encaustic is one of my first pieces when just playing around to see what I could do. I think I like it in real life more than here because it seems to have more depth.
Anyway ....
Dropped in on FIL who is still in hospital. Despite all that is going on in his life he looked quite well and it even appears he may even have put on a little weight. He has a fluid mass build up on his hip (not the back of his knee as I think I previously mentioned) and this needs to be cleared up before he can continue with chemotherapy.
Spoke to Mum & Dad last night and they were in Ceduna last night but for just the one night. I thought they were planning on staying in Esperance for a few nights before heading to SA but it seems plans change and I'm sure that they will change frequently!
Well it's now official ... the craft wholesale business is for sale and I have now emailed out notification to all our existing customers - possibly a potential buyer lurks amongst them! We are also advertising our little farm in the paper again this Saturday. I feel the time to move is right and I'm sure it'll happen soon.
8.40am - time to go to work as I have orders to sort and phone calls to make.
