Well, at least I think he looks a bit like one! lol An up close and personal with a blue tongue lizard (shingleback) who'd come looking for something to eat. This one likes to forrage around the chook yard for scraps. He looks great enlarged so click on the image to view him big! As an adult they grow to about 1 foot long.

Another amazing photo. How big is he IRL? I would have another run screaming moment if I saw this in my yard... you are a brave soul!
