Well, our offer has been turned down on the property - mainly due to the time we factored into the offer. So we are now working on putting another offer together with a much longer settlement to suit the seller and will be upping our $$ offer too as that was also part of their decision not to accept. Then the waiting game starts again. :-)

Sorry you missed out on that block, but it means it just wasnt meant to be yours! There will be more opportunities and the right block for you and hubby is waiting for you...time will tell. Cjeer yourself with a card!
