Yesterday we drove back down south (2nd time in a week) and put in an offer on a property we looked at back in February. The property is down south, approx. 3400 acres, has abundant water, basic sheds, a wildflower plantation, a reasonable house - everything we want really. It will require a fair bit of work in regards to the fences and general state of the property but we are more than capable of a little hard work - certainly not scared of it! The property feels right so now we just wait to see if they accept our offer and then all we have to do is sell our little oasis here in Gingin!

that's exciting, i hope it all goes your way. Where is this block........I actually did think of you over the weekend, havent we all been blessed with so much rain.....had to think of those thankful farmers.......
