Had the urge to do some baking last night so I made some chocolate shortbread cookies ... found the recipe on Taste here: Chocolate Shortbread. I changed it slightly though and instead of caster sugar I use raw low gi sugar and instead of baking it all in one pan, I have a cookie press so I made between 50-60 cookies! It's a great recipe, easy to make, so I thought that I would share. What can I say other than yum!

Wow! These look so yummy. I hate to bake in my kitchen. Makes me yearn for my old kitchen with the long counter.
